I am currently working here and recently promotes as Team executive,I would like to appreciate the Better growth opportunity,Work life balance,and flexible timing.

Cons

Delayed promotional recognition: Official promotion letters and salary adjustments take 6 to 10 months to process. Low payout. Less incentives.
