Benefits are decent, with reasonable premiums.

Cons

Analysts/adjusters are paid at industrial piecework per claim "matrix" rate. Difficult to survive with any level of quality.

Pros

Benefits were decent. Ok time off. Easy work.

Cons

Hard to get time off. Pay was not great. Managers were terrible and unfair. If you were not a 'favorite' you were treated not as well.
