Pros

As a exponentially growing company, there are many opportunities for progression within the company. The processes and procedures that are upheld in each store encourage perfectionism. There is an opportunity to become proficient at all available tasks in the food production line in the store.

Cons

Especially within a recently openly store, the meticulous processes and procedures mean employees can be expected very unsociable hours. As a member of the non-management team my hours seeped into causing ill-health.
