Pros

Fast paced, dynamic and engaging work place. A lot of opportunities to progress and develop. Not a single day the same. If you seek responsibilities you have come to the right place. Customer interactions.

Cons

Working on a shift pattern means you have to do night shifts and also working in hospitality demands work on weekends. But these are to be expected from the sector.

free food, however they got stricter as time went on makes sense since they were trying to cut cost. long shifts usually between 6-8 h. strong company culture for better or worse. you have little to no power to change anything (it's a franchise afterall)

Cons

often understaffed 3-4 ppl.....in store management was in constant flux when I was there. ALOT OF STORE DRAMA and I was there for only a year and a half. morning prep Is cray much but it's part of their appeal to the customers I guess. same applies to those damn penuts
