      Stressful place, amazing that projects even get delivered correctly to the customer!

      Flexible start times, decent salaries

      Cons

      Constant pressure and stress on all workers for every project, with poor planning very often not enough time allotted to do the work properly. Every project cannot be treated as high priority because then all are the same urgency. No back-up for key workers need to hire more people to support the business. Difficult software programs and tools that always have problems or won't function!

      Pros

      Very talented and hard working group of professionals. Very flexible working arrangement. Great pay. Office is right on the metro. Great relationships with colleagues.

      Missing strong leadership to run the company. Could be an absolutely amazing company if they pursue the right work in the future.
