FH for PR is outstanding, for HR professionals is unacceptable

Pros

The PR leadership and CEO are really among the very best. There are extremely professional GMs and it was a pleasure to work with them. Dave Senay is also one of the most easily approachable CEO's I've worked with and I strongly recommend PR professionals working for FH or any affiliate companies.

Cons

As a HR professional, the Talent Development group is one of the worst to work for. There is no opportunity for professional development if you are not in PR and new ideas are not embraced. In fact, in order to have a discussion with the head of HR, you need a script that a team leader creates with you or if you email her, your team leader needs to review it first. Unreal!

Talented and passionate group of consultants Great communication and responsiveness within account teams globally Work environment, clients and salary comparable to other multinationals Opportunities for growth are fast, yet thwarted by internal politics at senior levels

Cons

Antiquated systems and procedures No encouragement or policy for excellence - almost a cut and paste, template-driven business Lack of commitment, foresight and passion at the most senior levels within APAC region holding back full potential
