      Pros

      The only good thing they have going - benefits.

      Cons

      The company is all about killing their competitor Black Duck and taking over the world. They need to focus on their culture and employees. They work you like robots. Management do not care about your opinions. It’s their way or the highway. They incorporated an offshore team and slave those workers. It’s not a good environment to be in. All robots 🤖

      Be Careful, duplicitous Env

      Products are well positioned in industry (by accident and acquisitions)

      Cons

      The CEO hired a few years back changed the culture to one of backstabbing and judgement. He calls it "openness, that's how we roll" and other common industry-speak euphemisms. He has introduced a GE-like, bottom 10% yearly cuts, with no clear measurements besides managerial feelings. They are now heavily into scoring cheaper H1Bs and replacing citizens. That started when he came in. Move on, and don't be fooled. There are plenty of other jobs.

Also, we see the openness and candor as a good thing, and believe it only works when coupled with “professionalism” as a core value.

      Broken Communication and Sneaky Antics

      Great Environment at times. Beyond Work, the people who work are amazing

      Cons

      Sneaky Behind the scenes antics that Loses the trust of current employees. Upper Management are lost to what's really being said behind closed door to there employees by managers. HR is Horrible Plain and simple Some Senior Leadership folks are very Unprofessional with their language to employees. Fear Based Company

      Thank you – as with all feedback, I’ll share this internally. I think we’ve seen, through our employee surveys, that the majority of us have a lot of confidence in our senior leadership. And I personally have only seen professionalism from them. But like most companies, we can always improve communications and transparency – and we will continue to focus on that.
