Pros

They gave the appearance of good culture and made folks at the company the just acquired (Palamida) feel as if their jobs were important and would continue with Flexera. But...

Cons

One month later they started laying off folks at the Palamida office - part of which was the primary test automation effort for the security vulnerability IP from Palamida and more. They 'offshored' work as their promise of job retentation. They made work conditions that once made a great cohesive team so unbearable that people are resigning. Others are being offered work that would make a hugely difficult commute or suffer the loss of their job. IMHO, Flexera was unforthcoming about transitioning and highly manipulative.

Pros

Health benefits are slightly better than average.

Cons

The title of the review should say it all for you. The structure of the sales organization is complex. This snowballs into additional issues such as coverage models. The model favors certain individuals instead of being focused on the prospects/customers. New executive management has recently joined the company. Expect change on the horizon. Well thought out changes are needed and can't come soon enough. Do your homework on any of the readily available websites and evaluate for yourself who is joining and who is moving on.

Thanks for your thoughts - as we grow it's natural to see more complexity but agree that the new leadership you mention is tasked with ensuring sales is supported and invested in.
