      Pros

      - Good products, positioned well. - Company tries to keep software modern, nothing outdated

      Cons

      - The company moved from superb, spacious and quiet offices to subpar, very crowded and a noisy environment. It has wrecked the positive, cooperative and productive work culture. It looks like it was done to save money. - Just laid-off about 10% of the staff, despite making plenty of profit.

      Bad pay, unrealistic timeline to close deals (than what was said by recruiter), micro managed, location should be closer to Chicago

      Pros

      Great product, especially when they bought out BDNA. Great staff especially before Flexera bought BDNA. Loved working each day, and had no problems staying late or coming in early to work with customers.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, though when I started before the buyout, they promised us no layoffs. Not only did they lay off everyone from BDNA, but they eventually closed the office and left the area. Last time I believe any company who says 'we will not lay anyone off!' Even employees from Flexera who worked with us, were laid off!

      Thank you for your feedback - I'll clarify that many of the Flexerans that joined us from BDNA are still with Flexera and thriving here.
