      Smart, friendly employees who genuinely care about their work and supporting one another.

      Cons

      Compensation is below market compared to similar companies. Health insurance options are limited, and the 401(k) match is surprisingly low for a company of this size and maturity.

      Great company, culture and product

      Thick and Fast feature packed product that keeps getting better and better Great people who are happy to help each other Work is always changing and interesting Great culture and they look after their people

      Cons

      Work hours can be varied (work hard play hard) and usually have out of hours meetings Alot of technologies to know and understand Sometimes knowledge can become silo'd

      CEO cares about the company. It shows.

      Cons

      Left because benefits are better everywhere. 401k. The maternity leave policy covered only 8 weeks for my friend. She came back with stitches still. Writing this because she was too worried to. Pizza Hut has better coverage for both of those. HR doesn’t raise it. You get 1-2% raise each year. Maybe. Even when you work more than the last year. Same raise. No bonus.
