Pros

Been with the company > 12 years and still enjoying the overall atmosphere of candour and energy here! Flexera leads the way in all SAM/HAM/TAM/Cybersecurity fronts and has a great vision for the future. Their primary focus is customers' success, not only short term revenue, which I think creates a positive working atmosphere.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Benefits. The benefits at Flexera are generous. However, the intention behind the move to unlimited vacation time really means that the company does not have to pay for back "owed" time during a layoff.

Cons

Flexera appears to be in a race to the bottom and this is entirely driven by the desire to optimize profits. I understand the logic, however, the over-emphasis on the bottom line means that the company values offshoring and hiring in locations where they can pay the least. Customers are sometimes alienated by the extreme increase in prices of products and services. Products often suffer from quality issues. I have witnessed the effect this has on morale -- especially those who are on the front line. Also, the company has lost many of their best employees who have sought better pastures. A quick look at the number of times Flexera responds to (i.e., has the last word) on Glassdoor reviews, should tell you something. There are still some good, honest employees and everything is not all negative, but the cons outweigh the pros from my perspective.
