      Pros

      There are no pros to working at Flexera!

      Cons

      At Flexera you are: Micro Managed, beat up weekly, put in a territory that has been milked, generally treated like garbage, and your sales career will be less than 3 years before you move on. Inside team competes with outside team. Named team competes with non-named team for accounts. It is a terrible work environment! Also, Flexera uses Microsoft teams for something it wasn't intended to do, so you cannot communicate well internally.

      Fantastic company to work for, great culture led by the senior leadership team. Could not ask for better people to work with.

      Cons

      Just growing pains, small company moving up the chain.
