Agree on the team/learning and management aspects. I would encourage a discussion with your manager or HR Partner on work-from-home, even on ad hoc basis.

Pros

If you are looking for a good looking office with fancy facilities, you are at the right place. You will get pantries loaded with fruits, cookies, juices etc. There are a few teams /managers who will value your efforts and it will be a good place to work in if you get into one of these teams. The location of the office is good.

Cons

The higher management speaks of "candidness" in all meetings but when you try to be candid, that can very well be used against you. Too much of micro management. Most of the leads lack leadership quality.
