      Pros

      The company's focus on software asset management is a good one, with tremendous growth and a high level of interest across all verticals.

      Cons

      Hubris. Senior leadership is confident to the point of being a fault. Their understanding of go to market planning and working with/leveraging partners/channel is detrimental to their overall success. Scalability of their major SAM offering is problematic.

      Thanks for the feedback - overall, we receive positive reviews of our Senior Leadership team, but I hope that you had given this feedback to your manager/leader as well. I find Senior Leadership team open to suggestions and willing to hear new ideas or improve how we do things.

      Great leadership team; Very thorough and clear communication about company vision and goals; Compelling vision about how we can transform the dysfunctional software supply chain; Good opportunities to learn and grow in my career

      Flexera moves fast. If you like a slow paced environment, then Flexera is not for you.
