      Pros

      Great CEO. Really strong software expertise. Strong international mix. Most products are top of their peer group. Good benefits. Strong future.

      Cons

      Some movement towards discouraging working from home. This is backwards for a thriving tech company. We're not Yahoo!

      Thanks for sharing what your Flexera experience. I think all would agree that our CEO, products, benefits and future are strong. While I know we’ve encouraged people to live near an office, to come to the office (or else why have an office?!), I’ve never felt that I couldn’t work from home when I needed to for family obligations, etc. And our unlimited PTO (in U.S.) helps that as well.

      Very good at what they do Great CEO with a great vision Market leader Very competent and nice people Great potential to grow Very open to home office

      Cons

      Products have great features but UI is not user friendly nor intuitive Culture is still too American centric Salaries tend to be below market rate Not much soul in the office, not boring but not fun either

      A Company with a future

      Pros

      Flexera has great people who are passionate about what they do and the majority pull together to help get things done.

      Cons

      Although this is changing, there are too many silos, New initiatives are starting to help break these down and get people collaborating more, this is great and I think we need to ensure these get momentum.
