      Pros

      Good benefits, time off and sabbatical.

      Cons

      I had very close relationships with the executives and know first hand they cannot wait to sell the company. Some execs are good people but some are all about revenue and it never seems enough revenue to pay a bonus to its people. The CEO is smart but the COO loves himself more than anything. The COO is driving this company to the ground and is the reason it is falling apart. Sad to see as there are long time employees that loved the old Flexera. - Execs discuss areas where they can "cut" people and "eliminate" roles every quarter just so they can meet revenue and avoid the word "layoff".

      Pros

      The company is clearly growing both in size and marketshare, which is encouraging. Most employees enjoy a fair amount of flexibility to enhance their work-life balance. Great benefits and very friendly and engaging colleagues.

      Cons

      Very little recognition if you are in a non-revenue-generating role; executives focus more on their specific ares and departments rather than the company as a whole.

      I am happy to hear about your satisfaction with our benefits. Some benefits we offer included unlimited PTO, wellness credit, student loan repayment assistance, tuition reimbursement, 401k plans, a large selection of healthcare plan, and parental leave, in the U.S just to name a few.

      Pros

      great people, good culture, good work/life balance and a fun committee!

      Cons

      We have lost our mojo over the last year or two and a bunch of people within the company have moved, or were forced, to pursue other opportunities. New "modern" open office is a bit depressing with all the empty cubes that are clearly visible as you walk around.
