      Balance between work and life Pretty good opportunities to learn and implement new technologies Since the company is moving to cloud, there are chances of learning more

      Always Focus on EBIDTA for bonus Sometimes the focus shifts entirely to one department and again sometimes the entire focus moves to other Decent benefits Time-Off policies needs to be improved Career opportunities to grow are very limited
