      Pros

      The company's focus on software asset management is a good one, with tremendous growth and a high level of interest across all verticals.

      Cons

      Hubris. Senior leadership is confident to the point of being a fault. Their understanding of go to market planning and working with/leveraging partners/channel is detrimental to their overall success. Scalability of their major SAM offering is problematic.

      Thanks for the feedback - overall, we receive positive reviews of our Senior Leadership team, but I hope that you had given this feedback to your manager/leader as well. I find Senior Leadership team open to suggestions and willing to hear new ideas or improve how we do things.

      Pros

      Relax, no work pressure, free time always

      Cons

      Where to start. Dishonesty at its peak. VP has no clue after being in the industry for 15+ years. no vision or innovation. Sitting in the scrum meetings going thru the jira list. No customer engagement at all. Lies all the time, we have lot of work to do and then lay off the teams. Send work to offshore. Cannot keep up with industry pace. Very boring here. People work in silos. Seems People are working here for 15+ years waiting to be laid off so they can get their package. They dont share any knowledge, if u ask them they panic.

      An OK place to work

      Pros

      Established company with some strong products. Solid training. Have a strong base of Clients from across all verticals. Have a good foothold.

      Cons

      Rigid working environment and rely too heavily on their cash cow FlexNet product line. Acquisition of Palamida was a mistake. Quite a bit of attrition lately.
