      Good flexibility of Hybrid Work policies Clear communicated Vision / Mision High transparency

      Cons

      Integration of aquired companies with numerous org changes and integration to new tools and policies. Growing the org in India rather then adding members in the other office hubs Spread out teams across multiple regions increases collaboration difficulties and people working non stop which creates stress and takes a toll on the work life balance

      Pros

      Been working here for the past 5 years, there are hard times and good times. Overall a great place to work for. Company do priorities work life balance, at least in my department. HR are very helpful, I've had several occasions that needed help from HR and almost got they support immediately. I myself am fairly compensated in Chicago area, nothing to complain about my pay. Although in a relatively niche industry, company overall is trending up.

      Cons

      Went through several layoff cycles due to new acquisitions, tough to see colleagues go.
