      Flexera is the best company I have worked for. Flexera has market leading software, very knowledgeable subject matter experts, and enjoyable people to work with.

      Cons

      Being owned by private equity, Marketing budget has always been limited.

      Pros

      High level of transparency. Weekly 1-on-1 conversations with the immediate manager, also skip-level conversations as needed. Regular trainings appropriate to the job position and relevant interests. Understanding of any concerns/risks by relevant management stakeholders.

      Cons

      Like any other large (enterprise) company, the more people working, the more teams and more points of communication there are, sometimes it can be time-consuming, but in any case, internal documents in the style of 'Who is who' help to optimize the time needed to complete a certain task.
