1. Flexera has got the coolest management, they'll listen to us and make us feel comfortable to ask questions. 2. It's flexible work environment and providing feasibility to work any time, praise it and celebrate it with the team.

1. Certified good place to work year over year 2. Management values employees Opinion 3. Good people environment 4. easy to reach SLT for any candid question or queries

Pros

Flexera is a great place to work. My experience has been very positive. Great people and great opportunity to learn and contribute. You are in control of your career, so take advantage!

Cons

Flexera is a global company, so working with teams around the world can mean working outside of normal business hours. However, we are empowered to manage our schedule to balance it out.
