Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is always disappointing to hear that someone had a poor experience. We are committed to our team members and their well-being and strive to create a great workplace. The acquisition of Snow meant a re-organization that impacted both Snow and Flexera team members. Unfortunately, combining organizations creates duplication of roles, creating a redundancy process. We recognize the impact of change and how difficult it can be for all.
