Thank you for this feedback. The work-life balance and breadth of customer and technology exposure you mentioned are things we hear consistently, and we're glad those have been meaningful parts of your experience here. We understand why periods of change can feel unsettling, and we're sorry that's translated into a lack of confidence in our direction. Transparency and follow-through from leadership are things we hold ourselves accountable to, and we know we don't always get that right. That said, we do hear a different story from much of our organization. Many employees tell us they feel connected to where we're headed and see the decisions we've made, including difficult ones, as part of building something more sustainable for the long term.
