      Experience on Bombardier products will be useful.

      Now owned by another group, not anywhere near as good as it used to be.

      Pros

      The schedule is nice, if you can deal with working 12 hours a day. Besides that those are the only pros there

      Cons

      The PTO is horrible for about 5 years, management doesn't know what's going on or what's going to happen with the company and everyone there has a bitter attitude because nothing gets better it only gets worse

      Great company until bought out by Flight Options

      Pros

      Excellent benefits and pay. Worked my way up the ladder and was rewarded for doing good work with promotions and raises.

      Cons

      Company is no longer owned by Bombardier, now owned by Flight Options parent company. Although Bombardier had its issues, Flight Options has gutted the company.
