Pros

Great culture - intelligent coworkers, genuinely nice and curious people work here - Catered lunches - Fantastic benefits - Leadership genuinely cares about you

Cons

The Data Operations Associate role is, unfortunately, mindless, busy work. The first month or two might be challenging as you navigate the company's platform, but it becomes seriously trivial work. You basically update schedules and message truckers - tasks that interns/people without college degrees can action upon. This is probably why DOAs are paid so low (another con).

Pros

A lot of nice benefits, such as free lunch every day, discounts from partner companies, a very nice office. Everyone in this company is very friendly and ready to help whenever you ask them. They use very modern tech stacks, and digitizing freight-forwarding has a lot of potential to be successful. Unlike many other large companies, managers also know how to use the tech stack, and also write code, although less often than regular SWEs.

Cons

Being on-call could be a pain, there were also some issues with over-hiring, so I hope that mistake will not happen again.
