Leadership is non-existing. Constant changes in management. D&I has a nice sound to it, and that is it. Unless you are part of the right click, good luck - you will soon realize it is best to leave on your own or you will be backstabbed, bullied and then fired. Not worth it. PBPs are mostly unprofessional, lack experience and empathy. Employee experience seems to imply only to people at a "certain level".

leadership has no idea how to navigate growth and execs are quitting or getting fired every month. people aren't being promoted based on merit, nepotism runs rampant. literal boys club - good luck being a woman with ideas (unless you are willing to throw other women under the bus). actually, ANYONE who has an idea who isn't part of the right group gets shut down (or worse, fired). pay used to be good until quotas became unattainable. little to no transparency or honesty in the interview process which becomes much more apparent once you've been hired. sales team has an extremely toxic culture, no guidance, and no processes.
