The people here remain delightful to work with despite the churn and volatility of the last two years.

Cons

Leadership is volatile and tone-deaf. Remote-first company recently converted to hybrid and covertly mandated a 1-day RTO for employees within 1.5 hours of its San Jose office with no travel stipend or similar adjustment. Middle management was also kept in the dark. Every new initiative seems to be another thinly-veiled soft layoff to meet the new CTO's quoted 20% attrition goal.
