      Pros

      Amazing people who really invest their time in getting to know you and teach you the ins and outs of the industry. This is the same for juniors as it is with the CEO/CSO levels. People are very driven, but also have a very good work /life balance.

      Cons

      No major ones that i've found so far. Would be nice if more of the tech team were not remote.

      Pros

      Some great individuals on the team especially in the Insurance & broker function. It was a fun and exciting place to work and had great social aspects. CEO is passionate about the mission

      Cons

      Recently hired people from corporate roles who don't fit the startup culture. The leadership team is far removed from how the employees feel which has created a negative environment. Lack of a people team presence and are on their 3rd head of people in one year. A lot of good staff have left even in higher-up roles. Lack of recognition to employees which makes them feel expendable.
