Pros
Flock has been an absolutely fantastic place to work at so far and the culture is one of the greatest things about it - it is clear that the management team value their employees' feelings, well-being and strive to make it a fun, inclusive place to work. There are ample opportunities to try different avenues and develop yourself within the company. People are always willing to help, even if they are busy themselves meaning you never feel afraid or worried to ask a question or for help.
Cons
Although the work-life balance is on the whole very good, we need to ensure that people are able to take proper breaks and holidays without feeling the need to still be tuned in to work.
