Pros
Some of the great things about working for Flywheel are the following: -Unlimited PTO - The flexibility to work from home or come into the office - Challenging and ever changing industry which allows you to learn new things and broaden your skillset. - The events, and mental health days!
Cons
- Favoritism seems to be a big thing at FW - You will be working past "5pm" most days. - Leadership does not really spend time with those in lower positions than them. - There is no visible minority diversity in leadership which is disappointing for a company that thrives themselves on "diversity". - Pay is decent, but based upon the workload...it could definitely be increased or at least FW could look to implement some kind of monthly/quarterly bonus.
