      Never a dull day!

      Pros

      Love the people I go to battle with every day! Always a dynamic day, and a dynamic issue we are looking to solve together. I love the feeling of being 'stretched' and challenged vs. just showing up and going thru the motions. Focus Staff always allows me to do that.

      Cons

      Working to get the tech in line with the talent. Its a work in process!

      Pros

      The culture was the main draw for me. I was really surprised at the positivity I felt when I first came on board. No other agency seemed to even be in the same universe! Friendly staff, managers who seemed to care for you, family feel. This is a good company if you need something temporary. But do not go into it thinking it will be permanent. I recommend immediately looking for something else the moment you are hired. You’re better than this job will make you feel.

      Cons

      This company is VERY unstable. They hire and fire without warning. The culture and family atmosphere was not what it seemed. The management is constantly changing. I’ve never seen a company make so many personnel changes within one year as I did during my time there. They would promote, then demote managers. Their methods for recruiting are outdated especially for a market that has completely changed. You will not be equipped to be successful in this environment. They will never admit they are wrong. Nobody loves Focus Staff more than Focus Staff.

      Pros

      Focus Staff is not just my employer it's my family! I wake up everyday and look forward to work...not just because I make $$$ to pay my bills .But because I make enough money to pay my bills and much more! We are a positive motivating fun environment!

      Cons

      There are no downsides working at Focus Staff only the upsides with a bright beaming light at the end of the tunnel.
