Great training. Always someone to answer questions. The environment is relaxed, and you can be yourself. A healthy amount of competition.

Cons

A fair amount of IT issues. Although, I think that comes with a growing company.

Pros

One thing I will say about working for Focus Staff is how much I enjoy having such a down to Earth CEO. You don’t get this in a lot of corporate settings but he is what drew me into working for the company and hasn’t let me down once. He’s always open to listening to good or bad feedback and tries to find a solution.
