      Pros

      If you work hard and work smart, you can make 6 figures easily. I tripled my salary putting in a year's worth of work after my first year. I am now making the most I've made so far. Come in, grind grind grind & make your money! The CEO is very inclusive and easy to talk to. He has an open door policy and will make sure your issues are heard.

      Cons

      The money I make is good, it overlooks any cons if there are any.

      Awesome and energetic in office work experience. Growth and success is obtainable. Contests, awards, shout-outs in company-wide groups. Encourage personal goals and dreams.

      Cons

      Requires hard work and dedication - new hire turnover. Account managers don't earn commission. In office events are scarce and mostly linked to new hire orientations and holidays.

      Pros

      Hands down the best work culture I have ever had the opportunity to be a part of. Core values are impressive and not just something we have on the walls. The founder and CEO reinvests into his business with technology, people (new resources/departments) and is committed to helping us get better every day than we were the day before. Explosive growth the past few years created a need to bring more organization and process to the organization. We have some exciting things happening now and in the future. There are plenty of growth opportunities for those that work hard, want to be here and have the desire to lead a project or a team. We genuinely want every team member to succeed. Most importantly we want them to be their authentic selves!

      Cons

      Because we are growing quickly things can move quickly. People who have a harder time with fast paced growth (change) will do just fine, they might need to take some extra breaths along the way. That's part of the fun :)
