Pros

The culture and the compensation is unmatched anywhere else in the industry. I have the autonomy to do my job the way I want but also have a helpful team of people to lean on when I need direction. Focus also has allowed me to start a family. They truly believe in their people and have created an environment that brings out the best in everyone!

Cons

Growing pains are a real challenge. As a young company, Focus Staff is still figuring out a lot. I also thought the comp stepping into a management role would be a bit better.

Focus is always zooming in on their culture, and making it a primary focus of their staff, no pun intended. The pay structure is one of the best if not the best in the industry, and you can climb the ladder and advance your career.

Cons

No company is perfect, but Focus does their best to strive for the best.

At first they promise you the world with great shifts!

They lie and are deceptive. When I came on board I mentioned my accreditions were due and they told me they would reimburse me after I start. Once I was working a few weeks I asked again, they gave me run around and put me off. Then finally said only if I renew with them…
