      Pros

      Upper managers pick favorites. Employees blackmail one another. For example one of the team managers threaten to quit if she isn't a manager with in a month, so they promote her. The same team managers will expect you to produce high levels and there are other team memeber who hardly work at all.

      Cons

      They stole commissions, charged travelers the money as they pocket the cash. Last year fired 2 of the highest production recruiters for culture fit! If that is not racist what is?

      Focus Staff prides itself on being extremely diverse in gender, race, and background. I think any quick glance at our team make up can prove that to be the case. Some days I do think I'm cool, and some I dont...but hell, I'm human. I wish I could understand the other "cons" denoted here but I can't even understand the basis behind them.
