Remote work, can work on your own without constant interruptions (aside from calls)

Cons

No room for advancement, very low raises, raises are the same percentage for all employees, no raises based on merit. Lots of micromanaging, UTILIZATION, consistently adding more work and responsibilities but not more pay. Condescending management (More on the higher up level). Have proven again and again they don't care about the current employees. Have invested more in a whole new office that's unnecessary and AI then they do in the oil that keeps the company greased, I.E. customer service/sales.

The only pro is that you can work remotely.

Cons

This company has an extremely high turnover rate. The management is lack luster in the sales division and they play the favoritism game. It's very unprofessional. The pay is average at best. I would not recommend this company at all.
