Everyone is really cool, laid back, friendly and helpful. Great work life balance. everyone seems to stick to the 40 workweek. Most people don't burn the midnight oil.

Cons

No movement in career. Very cautious of new ideas and new approaches.

Pros

Run the business as your own personal store. Gives you great insight on all that it involves to run a store from the staffing aspect, to merchandising, and to running your own account receivables.

Cons

The company needs to standardize their practices. Management is inexperienced and unorganized. They should hire more people with a retail background and deep understanding in how businesses work. Their training practices should be better adjusted as well.
