      Pros

      flexibility with availability, uniform shirt provided every 6 months, fairly competitive pay, benefits and bonus package after a year's worth of time, flexibility with associates who move for college, but come back for summer (Leave of Absense program)

      Cons

      not much job security, no communication from management, decisions are made without thought to how it would affect low-level associates, no sense of empowerment for associates, labor unions are banned in stores

      The customers are ok and most co owrks are nice

      Cons

      Low pay, cut hours. Instead of firing people they continually hire more and more people . Then they complain there are not emough hours. Like it is the worker flaut. We didn't hire more people when there is no need for them. The management figure you will get fed up with poor pay short hours and quit. Then they can hire more people at minimum wage. They have absoultely no consideration or repect for their workers.
