The owner The "management" Lack of training Low pay No room for growth Owner belittles employees on the support floor in front of everyone else. Constant swearing and screaming from several "higher-ups" Customers of the company will swear and scream at you, and the management will back them up. Feeling of being watched. No true structure to company.

The owner was overbearing at best. He had no understanding of the types of calls we would get. I didn't answer just Tech Support questions I had to route calls. He wouldn't hire a secretary so calls for him would come into the tech support line all the time. We were under strict orders not to forward calls to him. He would come out of his office and catch the tail end of one call. He would then use that to judge the 5 minute phone call and Monday morning quarterback the whole call. The training was nonexistant. They would get mad if you didn't know how to do something and then get mad when you tried to learn how to do it while there was a lull in calls. Hope you like Greeks yelling and cursing while throwing things around the office. Because that's what happens around the office even while on the phone. There is no professionalism here at all.
