You will be yelled at no matter what you do. CEO is ruthless and most unprofessional. No pathway to a career or development. No training, No systems or processes. No manuals. There is no team environment. You are a mule for owner benefit. Do not put yourself through this agony work environment. No product demonstration to buy into and feel good about the company's product. It's a job where you look at the clock and can't wait to get out of there. You will dedicate yourself with no rewards by any means (monetary and non-monetary)

The physical plant is difficult to manage. It's an outdated, hot, uncomfortable space. The corporate culture is outdated, as well. The dress code, benefits package, office furniture, and computer systems are all in need of a refresh. I also don't think I ever heard anyone in upper management tell anyone that they had done a good job at anything, ever. Not once.
