Pros

None at all. Normally I can say coworkers but there it was maybe 2 max that were normal and not completely brainwashed

Cons

No training, no direction, obvious racism from HR, sexism on the floor, very cult like. They pressure you into stuff you don’t want to do just because the company paid for it. Even if you don’t want it, politely decline, multiple people will try and pressure you. If you successfully decline, they get stand offish with you and instantly you’re ostracized. It’s a place you have to 100% buy into. You have to have a massive fake smile and say “good morning” loud, you have to always have a smile or else everyone assumes you’re mad, asks you 500 times what’s wrong. If they have any type of event you better participate because they’ll notice if you don’t. They’ll notice if you don’t sacrifice your lunch hour to do some ridiculous crap with people you couldnt care less about. The worst of it is you can’t trust anyone. Your boss is not there for you, and they will not defend you. Despite being shafted on training, management will blame you for mistakes or work not done. One of the worst jobs I’ve ever had in this area.

Pros

- Work Out for Payout program is great! (Employees get rewarded for working out and a bonus pay annually on top of that. Plus employees get a discount on health insurance.) It's a win-win-win program. - Supportive working atmosphere. - Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Helps with feeling like you are contributing to the companies success. - On-site workout facilities and showers. - Company provides training material for certification exams. Endless opportunities for professional development. - Company provides lunches often on occasion to celebrate holidays and sometimes just because. - Movies played Friday throughout the day. - Employee safety program is very thorough and managed properly. Better than i've seen anywhere else.

Cons

- Temperature varies a lot throughout the building, cold in some areas, really hot in others. - When there are heavy rains, there is usually a leak somewhere, but maintenance is really good about repairing them in a timely fashion.
