      Pros

      This is a good company, making good products with a lot of good people working for it. They have great support for their doctors on the phone everyday and at conferences and most of the employees care a lot about doing a good job.

      Pros

      GREAT BENEFITS! Great retirement (which i miss) and healthcare. People were great to work with. Upkeep and improvements to the building. Forward thinking.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations from Executive team. Work load impossible to manage with no compensation for the amount of stress. After quitting, i became a completely different person - i didn't realize how much the stress was affecting my entire life. I am no longer on anxiety meds! While i do miss my job, the people, and especially the benefits, i am happier as a whole.

      Pros

      If you want to work for a company that cares about their employees and their families then FootLevelers is the place for you. Leadership team is down to earth and stays in touch with every employee. They are always looking for a way to make things better for everyone. They walk around and talk to everyone personally and have regular meetings to keep everyone in loop of how things are going with the company. Have company lunches including family outings. FootLevelers does everything possible to make sure all employees enjoy their jobs and will go out of the way to help anyone in need. The CEO walks around often and talks to everyone personally and welcomes any feedback not to mention sits with new hires and talks about company history. The company is always looking to improve and plan for the future. So if you are looking a great company with awesome benefits that cares about you and your family that wants everyone to succeed. Then FootLevelers is the place!! You can’t go wrong by joining this team!

      Cons

      Although every company can improve but as long term employee that has seen the company rise above everyone else. There are no cons.
