Pros

The environment is great, and so are the people. I enjoy going into work each day to see my coworkers who have become really close friends.

Cons

The structure is a little unclear at times, especially with the horizontal structure. It is very difficult to know who to talk to when having issues with another employee. Also, unsure who to ask about raises or if they ever happen.

Pros

The friends (colleagues, I guess). I legitimately think they've ruined work for me elsewhere because they're so smart and genuinely enjoyable to be around. The work. I've never been in such a positive environment for building skills and solving hard problems. The party. Because good things come in threes and this place is fun.

Cons

As far as growing pains go, they're not often felt here. Sometimes the lack of structure ends up being more of a burden than anything else and that can occasionally lead to poor and/or uninformed decision-making.

Fantastic place to do what you love

Pros

Wonderful people who are truly dedicated to what they do. Engineers, sales, materials, ops, web - everyone is on top of their game and everyone knows it. Family lunches on MWF bring people together to chat and relax for a little while. Environment makes it easy to stay late and work hard.

Cons

When you're new to the job, you never know how many hours you are asked to work. It seems like everyone is always working. I'm not saying that working a lot is a bad thing at all (I often work late by normal standards) but the uncertainty of what is expected of you can be stressful.
