Formlabs Berlin - a great place to work

Pros

- Contrary to many other companies that I applied to for entry-level positions, Formlabs was willing to also teach me the skills that weren't covered in my previous education before and didn't reject me from the start because of this. - The Berlin team in general is very international and my team in particular is very great - Formlabs Berlin has a super approachable leadership team - office location is great (beautiful office located in a historical building with the Spree river right on the property) - probably the company where I had the best employee benefits so far (i.e. 3x catered lunch, yoga classes, subsidy for public transport ticket/Urban Sports Club, etc.)

Cons

Nothing so far to be honest :)

Pros

Nice colleagues and an overall great environment. I love the perks (free drinks and snacks, 3x free lunch a week, daily shuttle bus who takes you to work from Berlin-Ostkreuz and drives you back every day), potential issues and concerns can be discussed openly and will be received open and constructive by the management. All things considered, i am happy to be here.

Cons

Onboarding phase can be overwhelming at times, learning / doing too many things at the same time (at an early stage) makes the daily work process more difficult and confusing.
