Pros

Formlabs gives you the autonomy to work in your own way. You will find room for developing yourself in the professional direction that you want to go. A great team to work with, international, young and passionate. Working hours flexibility. A young and vibrant company that is growing very fast, so it offers as well a great opportunity for growth. A good balance between personal and professional life. Challenging.

Cons

Sometimes there is so much going on that you don't have the time to get everything done. As it is such a young company in Berlin, it is already been build and makes difficult sometimes to plan too much ahead.
