I am working in Sales and Business Development since 4 years. I've been working in different companies and industries here in Berlin, where the StartUp's bubble scene is basically exploded, not without creating any harm to its own credibility. Many companies here in Berlin didn't demonstrate the ability of a long-term planning: they have grown too fast to realize where are they going, what they want to achieve and how to get there. This rush for business, joint with a lack of competencies, has been too often reflected, unfortunately, in the collapse of many companies, or to an excessive turnover of employees. Formlabs, instead, is completely the opposite. If it's true that the number of employees is basically the double since I've started 8 months ago, the company proved to be solid, competent and absolutely aware of what's going on. Formlabs is showing, in an excellent way, that a company is able to grow and achieve results remaining human. As an employee, you really have the feeling that what you do matters and what the company accomplishes is a satisfaction you can share together with your colleagues.

Formlabs Berlin has an atmosphere where you can thrive. If you are good at what you do, you can create amazing things. I love the products and I'm using the Form 2 3D printer every week. It's a cool perk of the job that you can print as much as you like. I'm surrounded by people who want to be ahead of things, who want to lead and to educate others. It's a diverse crowd and I think it's amazing how many languages we speak in the office. The company culture is unique and I appreciate working here.
