To stay competitive within the market, we evaluate our pay and benefits on a regular basis. As we believe in doing the right thing, we take employee concerns seriously and address in a timely manner. Should an employee have any concerns or feel that an issue needs to be addressed, they may express those concerns to Human Resources so they may be addressed properly. The pay. Comparing with other businesses, the pay on many IT positions are not competitive.

good pay and benifits, some people are nice to work with

Cons

supervisors train new employees to take 40 minute breaks and hour lunches , if you go out drinking with your team lead you can sit in your car half the day and take 30 minute bathroom breaks and hide half the day not doing your work, hr does nothing and promotes this work ethic
