Pros

They provide an HSA and allow for some remote and hybrid work options. The cafeteria on campus is an excellent option.

Cons

They will call you in often during your scheduled remote work days. They value their culture at over $10,000 and pay substantially below the norms. They will assign you numerous new roles and responsibilities outside your position and refuse to compensate you appropriately. The "Merit" raises are a joke. Promotions are based on who has been around longest instead of who is most qualified
