We appreciate your feedback and thanks more importantly for your dedication to helping improve lives. Employee compensation is something we continuously review. And to that end, in November 2021, we announced plans to increase pay for our Production teams. As for the work environment, keeping our facilities clean and well-lit for our people and the important work they do is a must. Finally, we love celebrating the accomplishments of our people and providing fun opportunities to connect outside of work.

Lot of opportunities to grow if you are the right candidate, if not then they will invest in you to make you right candidate. Pay is very good, no stress of work and rarely mandatory OT. Great benefits. You will never get fired unless you make them fire you. Its like a permanent government job. Its the place where you can build your career, not a short term gig.

Cons

Hiring process is very long and exhausting, they need to understand that people who would like to join dont have that much time to wait.

Cons

Upper Management is terrible at conveying company wide information Quarterly bonus' that amount to not much at all. Company milestone "parties" not well received. Unqualified individuals in decision making roles.
