I concur with some of the reviews i have read as far as room for growth and nepotism is concerned. Your point of view doesn't matter, managers are not willing to listen to a different prespective. Company needs to understand that diverse employees bring new and diverse ideas which should be atleast heard and not just ignored. Company lacks diversity. Only select few get promoted which leaves a feeling of resentment and unfair business tactics. My advise please send managers to proper training. Since majority of the managers are in that position not based on their qualifications but on the basis of who they knew in the department. Treat everyone with respect and LISTEN to your employees and truly invest in their future. And promote people based on their skills and not who they know.

Very below average pay, even for the region - this leads to the truly talented employees leaving for better pay once they are trained and valuable. Nepotism is rampant, it's all about who you know. Under performing employees get pass after pass due to their family connections, making it harder on everyone else. No career growth path for employees who want to contribute more.
